Course Description

With a cimbalom, a violin, and some brass, Roma musicians play songs of love and loss. The songs Julia will be performing are a crucial part of the identity of Rumungre Roma, which are sadly challenged by the ongoing marginalization of the Roma minority.

You will be performing Julia's project Manuša (cimbalom and strings - violin, viola, double bass) with her at SOAS Concert Series. Book tickets now to make sure you don't miss out on a place!
