They learn what to include in and exclude from “default” meetings in order to achieve better outcomes and on specific SDGs and therefore greater sustainable impact.
Masterclass: Meet and LeadDescriptionTuesday 3 June, 2-5pm The Masterclass introduces the notion that meetings are vital moments in organizational life where leaders exercise their leadership. Thanks to the Leadership Competency Model, they gain insights into how they handle meetings at present, after which they draw up a personal plan on how to further strengthen existing competencies and develop gaps.
